Hey glam fam! Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Celita Lowe and I am the owner/makeup artist for Makeup by Celita. I am a certified makeup artist through Julia Dantas' Beauty Academy, and I am dedicated to making you look and feel amazing.

Since 2017, I have dedicated myself to bringing out the inner beauty in all of my clients. Makeup is more than just colors to me — it’s a chance for people to step out of their everyday and into something wonderful by enhancing their natural beauty.

I offer a variety of services and specialize in soft glam, natural beauty and costume makeup, while using proven techniques and top-of-the-line products. Services

Flower Girls/
12 & Under

This quick application is designed to include the flower girl or other special children involved in the wedding party and give them a little sparkle. This might involve a little lip gloss, blush, sparkles and mascara for the little ones, or smoothing out skin and a little more polishing for the pre-teens.

Photoshoots/
Special Events

From head shots or engagement photos to bridal/baby showers or just a special night out, I am available for booking for individual or group applications, up to a maximum of 5 people. False lashes included. 45 minute – 1 hour makeup application, depending on style of makeup requested.

Halloween/
Costume Makeup

From spooky Halloween characters or iconic superheroes to different decade styles or your favourite movie/TV character, I can help bring them to life for your next Halloween party or just for fun! I am available for individual bookings and may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours

Services

Bridal

I specialize in soft glam and natural bridal makeup. My goal is to make every bride feel comfortable and at ease knowing their makeup is in good hands. On the day of the wedding, I dedicate a full 60 minutes to the bride – to allow some time to relax and recharge before the busy day ahead.

Bridal Parties

For bridesmaids and mothers of the groom/bride, this is a 30-45 minute application that includes false lashes. Each bridesmaid/mom will be provided with a complete touch-up kit as mentioned above. Bridal party bookings are limited to a maximum of 5 faces TOTAL

Prom/Graduation

I can help make these important life events even more special by taking away the stress of having to worry about makeup! Includes approximately 1 hour age-appropriate makeup application and false lashes.

Services

On Set Services

Available for photo or film shoots, including but not limited to headshots, commercial shoots, model shoots, film/TV. This service includes full skincare and makeup application prior to the shoot, as well as staying on set as long as required for touch ups or changing looks. Makeup styles available for this service include natural, soft glam, full glam or costume makeup

1 on 1 Makeup Lessons
(1hr and 2hr options)

1 hour will include hands-on private lesson on how to do the perfect quick, everyday look, and a polished/professional natural glam. 2 hours will include everything in the 1hour session, plus a glamorous look for a night out or date night. Personalized recommendations and custom face chart will also be provided.
